Power Automate is a service from Microsoft that helps you create an automated flow or automate a task you do manually on daily basis or when some event occurs. Earlier Power automate was known as Microsoft flow but in Oct 2019 It was renamed Power Automate.

  • You can automate tasks on your local computer also using desktop flow.

Power Automate is a low-code platform by using it anyone can create automated flow or task. There are so many templates available on the Power Automate platform just you need to use them and if you don't find one, Power Automate has a feature to create one.

It also has almost 300+ data sources to connect with your flow and if you don't find and connector you can create your own connection and use it. 

So, Let's see how to create your first automated flow.

Create  your first Automated flow

1. Visit the Power Automate website and Sign in.



2. Select the template from the left windowpane.
    


3. Search for " Get daily reminders in Email" in the search bar.




4. From the search result click on Get daily reminder in Email.
5. Sign in to mail and click continue.



6. Now, Set interval and Frequency according to your need in the Everyday step.



7. In send email step, You need to enter an email to whom you want to send daily mail, the Subject of the mail, and the body of the mail.


8. Click on the Save button.

Congratulation!!! You have created your first flow.
